ELECTRONIC
PRESENTATIONS
Bloomberg Consulting uses the techniques of the most leading edge displays
available. Electronic slide show presentations are utilized to
convey the accident reconstruction and each opinion and to show important
photographs, diagrams, drawings, documents, etc. These electronic
presentations replace the bulky foam board displays of the past and are
viewed on a large television or a projection screen.
If you
would like to receive a sample of a recent electronic presentation or if you have
any questions about our trial displays, please email us at

ANIMATIONS
Some cases warrant the use of an animation in conjunction with the electronic
slide show presentation. Once the accident reconstruction is
complete, a 3-dimensional re-creation of the accident can be produced based on
the opinions of the accident reconstructionist. The accident can be shown
from each driver's perspective, a witness perspective, a bird's eye view, or any
number of other views. These displays are a valuable asset in educating a
jury on how the accident occurred and the visibility of the parties involved.

would like to receive a sample of a recent animation or if you have
any questions about our trial displays, please email us at

SCALED MODELS
Some cases require a scale model in order to illustrate
the damage profile of a vehicle, the exact layout of a roadway, etc. We can
provide models of roadways,
vehicles, or any object to any scale using computer drawings and advanced model
building techniques. These models are excellent tools used for illustrating an
expert's opinions during mediation, trial, etc.

would like to receive a sample of a recent scaled model or if you have
any questions about our trial displays, please email us at

VIDEO REENACTMENTS &
NIGHTTIME VISIBILITY STUDIES
Bloomberg Consulting is
frequently asked to determine the visibility that was available to a driver
during nighttime conditions at the particular intersection on the night of the
accident. Typically we perform a visibility study on a night that
duplicates the moon phase and position. Additionally we would consider the sun and moon timetables
corresponding to the night of the accident. Vehicles,
pedestrians, or other objects of the same type as those involved in the accident
are also used. The testing is performed with the assistance of police
officers in order to control the accident area so other vehicles can not enter
the area. State-of-the-art nighttime quality video equipment is often used
to document and duplicate what can be seen with the naked eye. The
videotapes produced from the testing can be used to illustrate the nighttime
visibility to others involved in the case or to a jury at trial.
