VISIBILITY OBSTRUCTION ACCIDENTS

In some cases a driver may testify that he or she could not see a vehicle, pedestrian, or another object because their view was obstructed somehow.  We can perform a visibility analysis by measuring the accident scene and the vehicles involved in the accident.  The visibility that is available can be shown using scaled drawings, photographs, videos, or even an animation.
